Determination of Liver Enzymes, Lipid Profile, Tumor Necrosis Factor-α and C-Reactive Protein Concentrations in Women in Toxima of Pregnancy in Tikrit City

Pre-eclampsia is characterized by an increase in blood pressure and proteinuria. The aim of this study was to determine the concentrations TNF-α maternal patients suffering from pre-eclampsia. Patients methods a cross sectional conducted Sallah Alddin general hospital/Tikrit city beginning March end August 2019. current research focuses on determining level pregnancy toxemia Tikrit city- Iraq. Sixty pregnant women are enrolled thirty them hypertension albumin urea third trimester, age (17-36) years other healthy as control (17-38) years. All samples tested for Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α), C- reactive protein (CRP), albumin, uric acid, liver functions, lipid profile. results showed significant increase, patient’s women, serum TNF-α, CRP, enzymes, LDL, triglyceride (TG), cholesterol. While HDL show decrease non-significant differences regarding acid between controls.
